THE EPSTEIN MYSTERIES
The Epstein Mysteries is a smartphone game for iPhone and Android devices developed for The New Art Gallery Walsall. The game challenges players to solve the mystery surrounding the shooting of Kathleen Garman, the lover of the notorious and controversial twentieth century artist, Jacob Epstein.
Using the game, players can hear dramatic testimony from nine suspects, access the rich archive of personal letters and artefacts belonging these intriguing characters and find clues amongst the extraordinary artworks of Jacob Epstein, the art collection of Kathleen Garman and her friend Sally Ryan on display at The New Art Gallery Walsall.
This is an immersive, fun and rewarding new way to learn more about Jacob Epstein, his scandalous life and his extraordinary work. This game is a work of fiction based on the real events and real people in the life of Jacob Epstein.
